I was in KFC in Caledon, Victoria Mall. I ordered at the Kiosk, they deducted my money and said they did not receive my order and that the money will be reversed.

It is still not reversed, and now I have to wait till tomorrow and bring a bank statement to them. Truly pathetic service.
