Most Horric Customer Service from KFC

I would like to place on record the inefficient and nightmarish service i received at KFC Akasia (wonderpark), how do we stand on the que unattended to for 30min is beyond belief, i have been to many KFC's in my time but never have i received such horrific unpleasant service from a KFC outlet. Its a month end weekend but there was only cashier at the counter taking orders, who was the most rudest. When we decided to call for a manager to try and understand what is causing a delay, she just told us that she has absent staff and that there is absolutely;y nothing she can do and walked away from us and other customer who still wanted to speak with her, she didn't even offer a sincere apology. Really? Really? Finally when we got our meals, there was no tomato sauce and serviettes packed with meals, how could we have enjoyed our supper after suc a pathetic service. The outlet had tissue papers and dust on the floor everywhere.
