Most disgusting service

Most pathetic service under the sun. On Saturday 30 November 2019 I went into kfc to purchase a streetwise 5 normal chicken and was given the masala chicken. I than phoned in to tell them and they said to me they will replace it I must just come in. I than said to her I can't come in that night she said it's fine when I come in they will replace is so I asked her should I keep the receipt and she said "no don't worry mam just come in". When I called today to notify them I'm coming in, the refuse to assist because of the receipt something I asked them about in the first place. Please don't go to this kfc in Banbury randburg as this is not the first time. Very very disappointing
