More than 2 hours, Horrible meal

Yesterday around 5pm I visited the KFC on Hulett Street Stanger with my family. The branch was overcrowded, and we had to wait more than two hours for our order. When we finally received the food and got home, it was extremely disappointing — the chicken had no taste and was far below the usual KFC standard, more like poorly fried chicken than the quality we expect. After such a long wait, this was unacceptable and ruined our meal.(The meal was totally horrible).

I hope management takes this seriously and improves both service speed and food quality, because customers deserve better.
