Monument Heights KFC did not bring my food

I placed an online order at 13H02 to be delivered by Monument Heights KFC in Kimberley on Friday 07 October 2022. At 15H00 I still have not received my order. I phoned your KFC Customers twice and was being told different excuses. I requested my money at 16H00 so that I can buy food somewhere else. I am shaking of hunger as I typed this. Why do you have a delivery system if you are not going to be delivering.
