Money went out my account by the order hit cancelled

Saturday the 10th of September I ordered good on KFC app. As soon a the payment went of my account the app shows order canceled but my money did not return back to me. I logged a query with customer care I got a case number CAS-***-P6G7B2.I made call to follow up each time I call I'm told the matter is escalated to accounts but till now no one is updating me or refunding my money back. The service I'm getting is really bad.
