Money wasted because KFC doesn't care

We bought from KFC Oudtshoorn on the 27th of August Friday 2021 and are very disappointed I had the wrap meal, my son had some pops and for my husband we bought the ALL STAR BOX WITH BUDDY DRINK. My wrap was hard and tasted horrible, i ended up eating only the chicken Piece (yes only one), My husband who was supposed to get "a meal" got some old cold chips, a burger that looks nothing like what we order, zinger wings that tasted like it was soaked in oil for hours and chicken bone with some coating on. We eat rake aways at local places normally and wanted to support a franchise , just a pity KFC doesnt value its clients.
