Money was taken from my account Khayelitsha mall kfc

I ordered KFC at 11am in Khayelitsha mall money was deducted from my account, I called to enquire about the order i was advised to contacted 086 number as the cant assist with delivery, when I called the 086 number I was asked for a reference number i informed them I checked in as a guest and I didnt receive order number but money was taken out from my bank account but no1 can locate my order, This is the service we deal with on a daily basis when it comes to Khayelitsha mall KFC if the food is not off its my money missing I want my money im very disappointed
