Money was debited but no food arrived

I ordered meals worth R268.70 on the website and did not get an order number but the money was debited on my account. When I tried contacting them their numbers were not going through and I called the customer complaint line that I got on the web. It was not answered and the others that I searched for were invalid and their emails were not answered . I still haven't received my money back. I literally paid for absolutely NOTHING!!!!
