Money ********LY DEDUCTED

On the 20th April I went to KFC Thorntree Plaza in Soshanguve to purchase The Tuesday specials of the R69. I bought two of the them. My money went through with Double purchase. R138 X2 WAS DEDUCTED IN MY ACCOUNT. I COMPLAINED AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO CAPITEC BANK TO REVERSE THE ONE AMOUNT. THEY TOLD ME KFC SHOULD WRITE A LETTER TO INFORM THEM. IT SHOWS THE MONEY IS HANGING IN MY ACCOUNT BUT I CAN'T RECEIVE ANY JOY. TILL THIS DAY MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED.
