Money to be reversed on my bank

I was at KFC groblersdal mall on the 07/12/2025 buying for lunch, I used kiosk to make an order I paid with voucher and my card, so transaction approved and it debited on my account but on their side the order number on their side it didn't, so they've said to me it would reversed but it didn't, I gave them my statement no the 9/12/2025 to show them that is not reversed, they promised me to be reversed , in so disappointed because even today my money didn't reversed
