Money taken yet food refused to be given

We purchased KFC at Randpark Ridge Trinity Village at 22.39. I have proof that the transaction was approved on my credit card both via sms and email. The funds have been deducted from my credit card. When we move to the counter to collect the food we are refused as they insist they have no payment. The manager also arrives and insists we pay again. We left the drive through with no food and money deducted of my bank account.
