Money not Received

I bought 2 streetwise 5 online at prominade mall in Mitchell’s Plain and I didn't receive my order and I was told my money would be reversed within 30 min and that was on the 08.07.2022 till today I have not received my money. I have sent them inbox on Facebook but they haven't called me back
