money making scheme

yesterday afternoon i went to KFC on Malibongwe drive. i wanted to buy a snack box for R49.99. the lady servicing me told me their machine for cold drinks was out of order & that i should pay R5.00 extra to get a 500ml cold drink. its not about the money but it wasn't my fault that their machine wasn't working & i refused to pay the R5.00 & had to drive to the KFC on Braamfischer drive. my drive could have cost me more than R5.00 worth of petrol but KFC should learn to take responsibility. its not a customers fault that their machine wasn't working.
