Money gone no food

I bought food today on their app and payment left my account however it never processed on their end as I never received the confirmation, the store staff tried to help however they failed and told me there is nothing they can do and this really bored me cause I had to pay again instore for another purchase, this is really frustrating I have never experienced this before and I was there looking like an idiot,you people need to get your things into order cause you are inconviniencing us and what if I had no more money to make another purchase, I'm so bored.
