Money deducted twice days apart

Good day As you can see below, 24 November 2021,I have order online for the amount of R309.70,order reference no Trix124****

Today at 15:52 R309. 70 was deducted from my account, how can money just be deducted without authorization from my side and without placing the order?. Kindly look into the matter and refund me the amount ASAP. I will never order online again, it can't be trusted
