Money deducted, order not received

I placed an online order on Monday 8th November for the amount of R74. 35, the order went through and everything but after a few minutes received a notification that my order could not be processed and that I will be refunded my money... Up until today 12th November I haven't received a call or any sort of notification from them to apologize or that my money has been refunded.
