Money deducted but no order received

Ordered kfc on the 10th,using their website. Money was deducted from my account but I never received the confirmation email nor the order. Called their customer care to find out what has happened as when I called the restaurant they said they did not receive my order. I was told to email my proof of payment of which I did but have not heard from them since. Would not recommend their website at all!!
