Money debited for a 'declined' transaction.

On Friday the17th of I made a purchase at KFC Kollonade in Montana and paid with my debit card but I was told thatthetransactionwas declined.I was notgivena receipt. when I got home I was notified that KFC had debited my account.I sent a quarry the following day but I am yet to be contacted by KFC.
