Moldy rolls and poor service to go with it.

I purchased two meals on 26.10.2016 at the Blue route mall KFC. When having the meal at the office I noticed that the mini loafs were full of moldy spots. I contacted the KFC customer line and made my complaint and received a reference number CAS-320289-Q5D0S2 . I followed up on this complaint 2 weeks ago and to this day I have had no response. This is totally unacceptable to say the least. Not only did I receive a bad meal but also very bad service from KFC.
