mixed Order not delivered nor refunded

I was about to order a 9pcs Bucket and a mini Loaf online which costed about 72.45, Before i could finish my money (R144.70) went off from account to KFC, I never received confirmation order details and when i check online i found a same order dated 19 July 2021 written mixed order Phetego***. This happened on Monday the 13 September 2021 around 15:22. My name is Ingrid komane, this is my contact number ***. My order were supposed to come from KFC Northmead
