Missing product/pathetic service

I ordered from KFC Shell Canal walk, for delivery using the KFC app 29/02/2024. I ordered a Street wise 5 and when it arrived, there were no chips, i opened the parcel infront of the driver to show him, I then proceeded to call KFC and the phone was handed over to whom i assume must be the manager, who said they will contact me back. to this day i have yet to get this call back. However i got an SMS to say i must call them, So again using my time and my Air time, i call them only to tell me that i need to go to the store and get a free chips, i said i'd prefer a refund as the whole reason for the delivery was because i dont have time to go to the store. according to the lady on the phone, the only thing is for me to go to the store, so firstly i dont get my call back, i have to use my airtime to call them back for something they didnt do and now i have to make my way to the store again using my resources to go get a FREE CHIPS.. pathetic service
