Missing parts of my order

I placed an order on the Mr Delivery app from KFC in Polkadraai Kuilsriver Cape Town which consisted of a KFC all in one plus, 10 dunked and 10 normal zinger wings. When my order was delivered there was only 7 zinger wings 9 dunked wings and 1 coleslaw and 1 mash and gravy when I was supposed to receive 2 coleslaw and 2 mash and gravy. The KFC packets was sealed so I can't accuse the driver of taking food out of my order but it's damn dissapointing when you don't have a vehicle and rely on delivery apps and when you receive your order there are a few things missing so you can't jump in your car to go and correct the order.
