missing mini loaf

Good Day,<br> <br> I bought street wise one at 11:30 and was serviced by Thabang,<br> He did not put the mini loaf in and I only realized when I was about to eat at work.<br> <br> I called kfc on *** and I spoke to Thabang, who left me so angry because he was laughing,<br> and he did not see this as a complaint which needs to be attended to, I would like to know how I will get my mini loaf and when? <br> <br> Thabang needs to be taught some manners and good customer service, I want him to call me and tell me why he laughes instead of apologizing?<br> <br> ***<br> <br> <br>
