Missing items in order

3rd time in a row with bad service through uber eats delivery. If it's not sloppy food, it's rude workers or this time two missing items from my order. Spoke to Zandile at KFC albany road and she sent driver to the incorrect address so driver called me and told me he will take order back to tje kfc. She called me asking if I couldn't rather go pick the order you up myself, I wouldn't use a delivery service if I could! After that never got a call back, this was on 13 July 2021
