Missing items in order

I would like to complain regarding KFC , Thokoza.9174 Matsemela St, Thokoza, 1421, I"m really not one to complain, however their service is just careless if I can put it bluntly. Tonight I ordered two meals for my children Dunked Boxmeal Buddy x 2. The meals came without the drinks. I try to call the driver Bongumusa about 3 minutes after he had left ,no answer to his phone. It rang till it went to voicemail ***. Those were my children's lunchboxes. It means they will be not having any drinks tomorrow at school.

This is not the first time. There are either no sauces in the order or utensils. The other time the driver was late , I left my gate and when he finally arrived I had left as I stay in a complex, he did not even bother to call, but left with the order.

Maybe its not Bongumusa's fault as he is just the delivery guy. But the person that packed the order .

This service is just terrible , I'm sorry. I have no cash on me right now, its 21:19, I can go to any shops, school transport leaves at 06:30 and placed an ordered specifically for lunch boxes, what are my kids supposed to do now???

I do not want a credit into my Eber Wallet Account and I will not order from your Branch again. This is not just about 2 coldrinks as it may seem to you KFC, but the predicament I'm in right now.

Please fix this because I'm really annoyed right now.
