Missing items in bag

Good evening, I bought a family meal treat at KFC DALPARK, and they didn't give us two large chips which are supposed to be part of the Meal. We contacted their DALPARK kfc line, they picked up but later hung up without helping. We tried to call again, then they just ignored our calls
