Missing items from Order

I placed an order for a zinger burger meal, zinger wrap only, chicken pops, streetwise all star. I waited almost an hour for my meal only to arrive home and find that there was no chips for my meal. I called KFC northern drive and spoke to Nomsile who was very unhelpful and did not bother. She said when I'm in the area I must come by for my chips. What am I to do with my meal? Or just chips at a later stage? I asked her if they could please deliver it to which she declined and advised I need to understand it was just a mistake. This is such a terrible experience.
