Missing items from order

I went to KFC Okavango last night (13/11/2018) for the Tuesday night special ( order numbers are 244 and 245 and the time on the slip is 19:33). I ordered 2 x the special and 2 large chips. when I got home the chips were regular size chips NOT large and they only gave me one packet of zinger wings. This is totally unacceptable. If I order something and pay for it I expect to get it.
