Missing items and the WORST customer service EVER

My order has just been delivered and it’s without my my drink!! Worse part, I can’t even report it via your forever freezing app!

KFC New Road is worst when comes to customer service! I wish they could treat customer like the KFC in Midrand China mall. I’ve never had a good experience everytime I use New Road KFC, be it a walk in or deliver!

I’m so ****ed I’m deleting the damn app
