Missing ingredients

Good day<br> <br> last night i purchase 2* Doritos crunch burgers from the above mentioned branch. Both burgers were missing the cheese sauce that is advertised.<br> <br> I call the branch to ask if they have a shortage of the sauce which he (Alister) manager of the branch said they had stock of it. Firstly not apologizing for the the inconvenience cause said we could come back to have the burgers exchanged and our money refunded. <br> <br> I then called customer care to complain about the issue i was having. they said they don't handle complaints but ask the branch to call the customer.<br> <br> My concern. Does KFC not have a quality check before anything is sent out? Why must the customer waist time and petrol cost for KFC not providing what has been advertised?<br> <br> Looking forward to your response
