Missing food items

I ordered full meals, but didn't receive chips with any of my meals, the mash and gravy that I ordered was horrible, there was no mash just a bowl of gravy. I've been told I'd be contacted, but still no one has contacted me, very very poor service KFC Bloubergstrand
