Missing food, and no assistance from complaints department

5 times this year we ordered KFC online and 5 times the order was wrong or something was missing when we got home. This time a whole R99 meal was missing from our order. I have the email that I complaint and even got a reference number but NO-ONE got back to me!!! I tried multiple times to contact KFC through email and nothing! FYI its just one store over and over. KFC York Street in George. Western Cape
