Misserable service at KFC Modimolle

Today i ordered a 9 piece bucket at this kfc. On the add a bottle( probably1 or 2lt ) was advertised with the bucket. I also ordered two mash and gravys. After Waiting an eternity i got to the reception kiosk and was given two colonel burgers. I corrected the guy. He had the receipt for my order and then gave me two of these buckets. I agai corrected him and he asked me to give back one bucket. This happened with a queue that kept getting longer. Eventually i got my mash and gravy. When i asked for the coke i was told it is only with the 21 piece. This add is misleading and the service stinks.
