Misled and frustrated

I was misled into purchasing online with the promise that I will get a free SW 2 for purchases over R50. When I got to the Winklespruit branch, the staff including management said they have no control over this issue as they only produce what is written on their system. He made no efforts of even trying to find out where the issue may have been and how I was misled. Pathetic!
