Misleading offers that could amount to a ****?

Promotion received at 12:07 for 'buy 1 get 1 free' dunked crunch box and I app**** a few minutes later. It only responded with R115 offer. I tried the App but still could not get the deal. Called customer care at 12:25 and was told that it started at 11am and was sold out. NO INDICATION ON THE APP so it's misleading as some may believe they would get 50% discount on checkout. Is this is borderline-*****?
