MINIMU CARE FOR CUSTOMERS

Today the 29/07/2015 I went to KFC which is located in 369 Smith street in Durban to buy myself something to eat for lunch as usual. The cashier was Nosipho2. The meal i bought included a drink in a tumbler. When she brought my order I noticed that my drink had ice tubes. I asked her to remove the ice tubes because I do not like them especial now in winter and its cold. I do not know but the lady had a very bad attitude and she fought with me, telling me that their policy say she must give me drink with ice tubes and asking me why I did not tell her that I do not want ice. I had to talk to her nicely then she went back and removed the tubes. Why did i need to argue for my right, why is the KFC policy in such a manner that if you do not talk you will get the staff that you do not want? Why at list that KFC cashiers can learn to have a good attitude and better manners to handle customers? Why is their way of solving things is to shout on customers? I am not too happy about the bad attitude that I received at KFC, I am human beings as well to be handled that way.
