Midcity KFC does it again

Went to kfc midcity pretoria today after a very long time since I laid my last compliant, i ordered zinger wings and a mini twister and as she was swiping my card her PC said it cant process. she told me my card is not working and I asked her if its my card or the machine because if it had declined i would have understood but the machine is the one that's not processing. so I told her to keep my order as i go to the ATM which is right at the door. it did not even take me more than 3 MINUTES i was back. i found my order ready but she then decided that she was going to give the zinger wings to the other lady who came after me and i have to wait for the zinger wings as they had just put them in the oven. i told her how come because that order came because i ordered it, and i politely asked her to keep it for me as i was taking out cash. she gave me this huge attitude in front of the students mind you i work at the college right next to the shop. she gave me the paper bag all squashed and told me that i should just go as if she was the manager. i am so fed and i feel very disappointed to receive such behavior from an elderly person. That KFC never ceases to disappoint me.
