Micheal Gordon's bay branch bad service

The manager Micheal is the worst ever I leave a complaint regarding the service I received on Saturday. I go to the branch order on the KFC app to just go and collect I go there the doors are locked they busy in side talking and laughing which frustrated me because why are you closing the doors at 3 in the afternoon while serving customers I then go in show the lady my order she tells me they don't have coke they only have the bottle and I'm like are you going to give it because I'm not leaving without cool drinks fine that gets sorted she then give the food I check it I see there's mash and gravy and no chips I ask her she tells me oh yes we don't have any chips me not having the energy to argue as I already waited 5min to go in I go my thing is let the client know before just putting stuff in their order according to me that mash wasn't even mash it looked more like pap as it had dry pieces in between where you could see the dry maize still I threw it away omggghg the burger was my ever end it was baked so dry and hard I hurt my mouth there were so little sauce on their as well

I spoke to Micheal about it the so called manager of the gordons bay Branch but now he is ignoring my emails This was just the worst service ever received and normally the swop out for the fries would be coleslaw and not mash and gravy it would be better by asking the client first by just putting the stuff in their order
