Meyersdal KFC Disgusting service and food

We order using Mr Delivery and will also collect myself from Meyersdal KFC Generally the last few times we have had orders mixed up or a complete disregard for specific instructions, however trying to call to phone and say, hi you didn't do this or added the wrong meals doesn't work because nothing gets resolved. The cherry on the top for me was that Friday was my birthday so decided to order from KFC Meyersdal. The order arrived and parts of the meals were missing completely, and to be honest what was sent was disgusting and again the instruction of no sauce no garnish was yet again ignored and piled with both sauce and garnish AGAIN. I alerted Mr Delivery who responded with a R40 voucher and no contact from the KFC themselves again. It's not about the money it was my birthday and I am a single mom and a teacher who when I can tries to spoil my children. This had really just ruined our evening because we were stuck with below standard food and missing meal items. I don't normally complain but this is just unacceptable. They also ignore e mail complaints.
