Method of payment

I think it’s only fair to be asked if I want to tap my card or to do the manual card payment . I asked the lady who was assisting through the drive -thru why she didn’t ask me if I wanted to tap or not and I was told that they’ve been trained to just tap the card if it has a symbol.

Tap payments are too risky and should be optional . This was at KFC in Marlboro
