Messy service from Uber eats to Kfc Diepkloof Square

I ordered my food via ubereats, the driver Simphiwe,dropped off the wrong delivery. I drove too the store I explained to Kenny who seemed to be unbothered about my complain, instead insisted it was my order until I showed him what I had ordered via my phone, the all Star lunch box meal. A lady called Mpho tried assist, However the situation went wrong because I mentioned what I ordered and the extras but she gave me the crunch burger without cheese double and no zinger wings. I was already getting irritated so I left with that messy order.
