Messy Meal From KFC Blue Route Mall ( Cape Town)

I visited the KFC in Blue Route Mall Cape Town on 17/03/2019 @ 15H56 and Purchased a 15 piece Chicken Only at R199.00 and a Fully Loaded Box Meal at R79. 00 and waited 45 minutes for it and was assisted by a Siphokazi (16) The 15 piece chicken had a bitter taste and and was like a off colour, the 15 piece box was also full of oil and was put onto the box meal in 1 bag and left a puddle of oil on the box meal. ( I actually took photos to show) Inside the box meal the Roll was falling apart and the fries was stiff and dry. Everything costed R279 and I am actually very Disgusted instead of upset. I called the store and spoke to Bisisiwe the Manager on Duty and she offered me a burger and a streetwise 5 but that is not the point therefore I am bringing it to you guys attention to actually find out why they are selling poor quality food.
