Messed up order

I regret buying at KFC Kingsway today.

The order was correctly captured, however, the people packing my order did nothing right.

I asked for a Wrapster Box, and i was given a burger, I also ordered a Chicken Lunch Box, and the pieces I asked for were not there. I had to turn back for those 2 to be corrected, which was an inconvenience.

I ordered 2 Stoneys with those meals, and I was given Sprite instead.

If they give you what they want and not what you ordered then KFC should put a disclaimer up saying so because it's not fair to pay for things I did not order.
