Messed up

This took me time to come to hello peter.

The experience at constantia kloof KFC was so so bad and it continued.

We bought 2 fully loaded boxes when we lift the one box out of the paper bag the box collapsed and everything fell through mash chips and burger on the floor the only item that we could have eaten was the pieces of chicken that comes in a bag. I shared my food with my suster i see that as something that happens in life its a human error 🙃 sonas we started with our luch the chicken is raw i have decided to take it back to the store the drive through told me to come inside after listening to my entire story i went into the store and no one was aware of the 4 min story i shared with the lady at the drive through.....there then came a guy that was busy assisting clients with orders and i have explained everything to him from the damaged box to the raw chicken he said ok mam i will replace the order...i thanked him and told that i will be waiting in the car a lady approached me from kfc and asked me for the food that fell out of the box and i was in shock how ???? Our entire office was in a mess mash and gravy every where chips even the burger our cleaning lady was busy cleaning the mess as i returned to the store with the damged box and this lady wants the food or she will only replace the 2 pieces of chicken and the mash then left the store an told her that i am not going to humiliate myself for food it was my hard earned money that paid for the food so i left the food rhe lady had a horrible attitude and just decided to inform head office also giving them all the information needed even the slip info so now 19.10 yesterday evening i received a call from them i returend the call today to find out that it was kfc that was trying to reach me so for interest sake seeing that i am on the line with them i asked wat was the outcome and the call center assistance said that the matter was escilated to the store and they have 24 hours to get back to me this incident took place on the 22 May 5 days later no call no nothing.......ai kfc you are letting clients down
