The app had an error & processed my order for collection instead of the delivery I selected on 19-11-2024. I then called to cancel the order & I was told I will get a refund within 5-7 days. I accepted. Last week I called cause I didn't get my refund and was told it's 7 to 14 working days. Today I called 18 working days later and they are still giving me a run around stated that my refund was not logged. They don't even deserve the 1 star
