Mega strips box

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at one of your outlets. I ordered the Mega Strips Box, but what I received was far from what is advertised.

Firstly, when my order was being prepared, the staff member accidentally dropped the food on the floor. Although she cleaned up and reordered a new one, I had to wait another 10 minutes, all the while worrying that the same strips might end up being repackaged.

When I finally got home, I was even more disappointed. The strips did not resemble the adverti*****t at all. The box clearly says Mega Strips, not tiny striplets. As a family of five, we each ended up with just two small pieces that were hardly filling. On top of that, the portion of chips was minimal.

I understand that adverti*****ts are often enhanced for marketing, but as an international brand with a strong reputation, I expect better quality and consistency. It feels like KFC has taken on too many menu items, and the quality of the food is now suffering as a result. Variety is wonderful, but not at the expense of standards.

For the price charged, the value and quality were simply not worth it. This is not the type of food I would expect from KFC, and I am very disappointed with the experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to maintain the standards that customers have come to expect from your brand.
