Good day

On the 28 of June I made an order utiliting kfc app and made a payment of 188.60. After I made the payment I was told that I will get an email conforming my order and it was not sent. But did not get my order and when I called the Mansfield KFC they said they did not receive my order. Contacted KFC customer service but was not assisted, I logged a complaint on the app, I was contacted after 3 days and after that they where quit. The money has been claimed from my bank account where as the service was not rendered to me. And kfc is not even coming back to me.

I want my money and the airtime I wasted calling your call center
