Meat raw and Smelly at the same time.

My Mom bought street wise 5 and 2 today 01 August 2019 @ around 9 am in the morning yoh I must say the disappointment we got when we started eating the meat was pure raw and the smell was that of an old meat gosh that is so unacceptable for a 24h business no man this is on!!!!So Disappointed!!!!
