Meal replacement

A while ago I purchased a streetwise two from a KFC near me, i had a craving. Shock of my life when I got home to find that I had been given 10 chips, yes I counted. I was very unhappy with this so I decided to lay a complaint on Twitter, it didn't take long for them to get back to me and they asked for my details, the following day a lovely lady Portia called me for the details and I gave her the information and I was given a meal replacement voucher. I am very happy and appreciative the fact that they my complaint was heard and attended to.
